With a background in education, learning facilitation, and instructional design, I use learning science and visual design to turn complex content into clear, practical learning experiences.
My approach: I design story-driven learning that respects cognitive load. I use proven frameworks to support retention, transfer, and performance. I test, refine, and simplify until learning is clear and usable.
My goal is simple. Build learning that people understand, remember, and use on the job.
